Courtney holds a Master’s degree in professional accountancy and has a real passion for bookkeeping and payroll processing. She has worked in both public and private sectors. With a focus on quality and execution, Courtney is excited to help PAS clients grow and achieve their goals. She lives in coastal Alabama with her husband, two daughters, and her dog, Charlie. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with family, going to the beach, and traveling!

Spencer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and brings extensive experience from both corporate and small business settings to his role at Prime Accounting Solutions. Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Desktop versions, as well as specialized accounting software relevant to various industries, he is eager to integrate his skills and contribute to Prime’s business objectives. In his personal time, Spencer enjoys exploring Coastal North Carolina’s breweries with his wife and their canine companions.

A proud native of Los Angeles, Andrew’s discipline and dedication are also evident in his personal achievements. A 1st Degree Black Belt holder in Shotokan Karate, he is not just a warrior in the financial arena but also in the martial arts world, currently aspiring to his 2nd Degree Black Belt. Meet Valerie, the dynamic powerhouse behind Prime Accounting Solutions. With a wealth of expertise spanning over 15 years in bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, and all aspects of business management, she truly knows the ins and outs of running a successful venture. Valerie joined the Prime Accounting team in 2014 and has been an invaluable asset ever since.

Passionate about forging meaningful connections with clients, Valerie derives immense satisfaction from building strong, functional relationships. She consistently strives to enhance client cash flow, forecasting accuracy, and overall business analysis, always seeking innovative ways to drive success.

When she’s not busy crunching numbers and strategizing, Valerie loves to embrace the great outdoors with her three energetic sons. In her spare time, you’ll find her enjoying thrilling outdoor activities and creating cherished memories with her family.

Bryar is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of client success and the initiative to go the extra mile to get the job done. With over five years of comprehensive experience providing bookkeeping, accounting, tax and fractional CFO services to various industry types, his passion to provide entrepreneurial visionaries steadfast support to facilitate growth has only grown stronger.

Bryar applies the Lean methodology approach to his work with a true passion for data analysis, continuously improving workflow efficiencies, and leveraging technology to streamline processes. In his spare time, you can find him at the gym and enjoying the outdoors with his four boys.

Brian McGeveran is a motivated accounting professional with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from SUNY College at Old Westbury in New York. With eight years of experience in the distribution industry, Brian has gained valuable expertise in various accounting functions such as financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

Brian is passionate about learning and expanding his knowledge in the field of accounting, which led him to join the Prime Accounting Solutions team. As a member of the team, he is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and contributing to the growth of the organization.

Currently residing in Coastal South Carolina, Brian enjoys spending his free time swimming and visiting local breweries. He is always looking to explore new places and meet new people.

Justin came to Prime Accounting Solutions with a background in tax accounting and experience in the field of education. Years of working with clients and students alike provide him with insights into what people often need the most help understanding, and he built a track record of patiently listening—and explaining concepts in a relatable manner—to relative laypersons and experts alike.

Before that, Justin earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of California and multiple Associate’s degrees from his local community college. He also holds a license to prepare tax returns in the state of California and is a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.

When he’s not working on accounting assignments, you’ll often find Justin playing music, reading fiction and non-fiction, working on projects around the house with his wife, brushing their long-haired cat, playing fetch with the neighborhood dogs, or otherwise just spending time with friends and family.

Jo is a Certified Public Accountant and brings almost two decades of experience in accounting practice primarily focusing in bookkeeping, financial analysis and taxation. She has worked with different individuals, SMEs and multinational companies. With her fresh role in PAS, she is excited to grow with the team and help clients in different industries compliant in their financial records and provide accounting solutions. She is enjoying her peaceful life with her husband in the Philippine countryside away from the busy and traffic-filled cities. When she’s not organizing financial transactions, she is playing mobile games with her cousins and nephews and spends time with her family.

A 4th generation native Californian, Deidre attended UC Davis studying Managerial Economics while managing a restaurant and raising her 2 children as a single mom. Knowing she wanted to be in financial services, she earned her Series 7, Series 66 and California Life, Health & Disability licenses along with a Long Term Care Supplement before she knew that working with taxes was her calling. Through her experience over decades in financial services, real estate and taxes, her breadth of knowledge works to the benefit of her loyal clients. She has prepared over 8,000 returns in her career and after selling a tax practice of 600 clients in Montana in 2020 she came back to California and began again, 1st by earning her Enrolled Agent’s Certificate and now accepting a position as Senior Tax Preparer for PAS. In her spare time, she loves to cook, go to the gym, play with her 70lb lab mix Rocky, go to the beach with her husband Jerry, laugh a whole lot, and work in the yard. She misses her 4 grandchildren who currently reside in Gilbert, AZ.

Michael Misciagna, EA – Upon graduating from SUNY Farmingdale, Michael began working in the financial services industry helping individuals and small businesses with comprehensive planning. Through his experience, and common intersections between financial planning and tax law he became enrolled to practice before the IRS. Michael prides himself on his ability in providing great service and ensures that all aspects on the personal and business accounting level are integrated and working as effectively as possible. He is currently engaged living in New York. Outside of work he enjoys playing golf, exercising, and spending time with family and his four nieces!

Jason holds a B.S. in Accounting and is an Enrolled Agent. He specializes in business taxation and investments. He has 18 years in the financial industry with experience in accounting, banking, and investments. Jason has much knowledge in the front side of finances and how they correlate to taxation in the end.

Charlie joins the team at Prime Accounting Solutions with a diverse background in providing tax and accounting services to individuals and their businesses. Working at a local accounting firm, Charlie was able to see the first-hand challenges and concerns that members of the Greater Los Angeles area community face in navigating tax compliance and planning matters. Through a larger regional accounting firm, he gained invaluable technical experience in helping resolve and clarify complex tax issues faced by high net worth individuals and their closely-held businesses. In his spare time, Charlie enjoys playing and watching basketball, playing electric guitar in his band, Three Sides, and spending time with friends and family.

Dana comes to PAS (from Westchester County NY) with twenty years of bookkeeping experience working with a diversified clientele and joins our team with extensive accounting/bookkeeping and administrative experience. She prides herself on the relationships she has built with her clients over the years as they grow close like family. She has a keen eye for detail and enjoys working directly with her clients to improve efficiency and cash flow.  Her goal is always to provide the best service she can to each individual business owner. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, friends and her dog Lenny. They love to go for long hikes exploring the beautiful parks in Colorado Springs.  She also enjoys playing Tennis with her husband and looks forward to long weekends camping in her new RV!

Katy has her Associate’s degree in accounting and over 8 years experience as a staff accountant in CPA firms throughout Colorado. Her workload includes filing sales tax, submitting payroll, processing A/R & A/P, reconciling the balance sheet, and compiling financials statements from start to finish. Katy has worked in 100’s of businesses books throughout her time as a staff accountant, ranging from restaurants, franchises, construction and roofing companies, law offices, and so much more. She is very knowledgeable with GAAP principles as well as working with multiple accounting softwares. Katy takes pride in her work and enjoys the puzzle accounting provides. In her free time she is taking care of her daughter who is busy with high school and also her dog and cat who keep her hands full! They enjoy getting out for walks and hikes as well as exploring Colorado, where they were both born and raised.

Born and raised in southern Los Angeles, William brings an extensive background in personal and corporate taxes. Will has several years of experience working for H&R Block and volunteering for AARP.  This has prepared him to continue his exciting journey with Prime Accounting Solutions and expand his knowledge. Will’s patience and willingness to go the extra mile for his clients provides an overall great experience to the intimidating tax process.William also likes to watch all kinds of Los Angeles sports teams, such as the Lakers, Kings, and Dodgers.  He also enjoys spending time wife, along with his fluffy dog named Bjorn.

Tina has been in the accounting and bookkeeping field since 1998, working for several large companies in Accounts Payable and general accounting positions. She joins the team with QuickBooks experience gained from previously working for a CPA firm, where she managed bookkeeping accounts for multiple clients. She looks forward to expanding her knowledge and experience at Prime Accounting Solutions. Tina loves learning new things and enjoys the detective work involved in problem solving. Outside of work, she spends her time exploring around the lake she lives next to with her husband on their horses or boat. She has been a music fanatic from a very young age and loves going to live shows and finding new music.

Marina has been part of the PAS team for several years now and is currently studying to become a CA licensed tax preparer. Accounting is her passion and she remains excited to further learn and grow with Prime Accounting Solutions. Her clients’ satisfaction is her constant priority; she is a true team player and enjoys her work. Marina is a busy mom of two young children; her spare time is spent with her son, young daughter, and husband

Carrie comes to PAS with a broad spectrum of experience.  She excelled in the service and produce distribution industries; acquiring skills in sales, accounting, and management.  Together she and her husband are successful real-estate investors and retired small business owners.  Having two small children leaves her little free time, but what she does have is used working with her husband on their small remote cabin in Big Sur.
